Can I return or exchange bedding?
All bedding, excluding mattresses, that is unused and returned in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your original sales receipt. We do not pay for the return shipping unless item is damaged or defective. We will, however, issue the return shipping labels and deduct the cost of the return from the refund.

Can I return a mattress, foundation or boxspring?
Unfortunately, some things in life are simply non-returnable. All mattresses, foundations and boxsprings are made-to-order upon your purchasing and not returnable unless damaged or defective. We know how comfortable our mattresses are, so we offer them with absolute confidence. However, comfort is extremely subjective, so we encourage you to spend as much time in the showroom as needed. We're always happy to have you visit us multiple times to be sure you've found the perfect mattress. We will always work with you to try to resolve any comfort issues. (We cannot resell used mattresses without fumigating them with chemicals, which we wouldn't do.)
Comfort Layer Exchange
Some of our mattresses (Naturepedic EOS Classic and Pillowtop) are made up of multiple layers to achieve a customized feel. If you find that within the first year of ownership of your mattress that you need to adjust your mattresses' firmness, let us know. We will replace one (1) layer per side of the bed at no cost to you. If you are outside of our delivery range, you will be responsible for returning the original layer(s) back to The Organic Mattress.
