TOM Kinder Low-Profile Platform Bed

Our TOM Kinder Low-Profile Platform Bed is our version of a Montessori bed only better because it is constructed with no toxic chemicals from natural, solid, untreated poplar hardwood; you won’t find a trace of particle board or plywood in this bed. This bed frame does not off-gas, as it contains no glues, no stains, no formaldehyde, and no VOCs. Designed in the spirit of Scandinavian functionality, the Kinder is clean-lined and minimalistic. The bed is low-profile, with a total height is 11" — 6” platform body and legs are 5" high tapers. Easy tool-free assembly! Slat spacing is 2.75” for solid support and optimum ventilation. Crib size can accommodate a 28" x 52" crib mattress. Our handcrafted bed frames are made to order, and ship out from the workroom within 5 days.
