We offer complimentary delivery and set-up by our own team within 30 miles of our showroom.    Warranty: 25 year limited warranty. We allow a one time complimentary exchange of firmness on the either the comfort layer (top) or support layer (bottom)within 12 months of ordering. We will execute the exchange if you are in our delivery zone. Else, it will be shipped parcel post to you. We facilitate and execute all failure exchanges in our delivery zone. We absorb the cost of recycling the failed component. We do not charge customers for comfort exchanges during the first 12 months or for failed components. This is very different from Naturepedic's warranty when they sell directly to consumer rather than through this showroom.
